Kentucky Fried Chicken's Red Hots & Iced Nigori-zaki in the Summer.

�I purchased the remaining stock of this creamy-textured, clean, and easy to drink and totally binge-worthy Ishikawa Prefecture born Nigori-zaki - a cloudy sake i.e. sake with some lees remaining. The Sake is brewed by Kikuhime and is nearly out of stock in many locations. A big reason is its natural sweetness umami notes. The sake rice used is Yamada Nishiki (produced in Yoshikawa Town, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, Special A Region).

Red Hots are spicy and crispy, but the thick cloudy cold lees in the nigori smooths everything out. Nothing is overpowered in terms of taste. It's almost like the nigori refreshes the palate. For me, I usually forego the fries, biscuits, and everything else Kentucky sells. I only order the Red Hots with extra napkins because things get messy.
