Sumiyoshi
Sumiyoshi
Sumiyoshi is the name of this not so impressive looking sake in a cup, but within this cup is a lot of history. Tokubetsu junmai-shu, sumiyoshi, cho-karakuchi super dry, plus 10, makes this one mighty fine nihonshu. Actually, the reason for purchasing it was because I know a very beautiful Japanese girl named Sumiyoshi who reminds of how beautiful Japan really is at every sip.
This sake hails from higashi-okitama-gun; kawanishi-cho, which is a rural area situated somewhere in Yamagata.
