Local specialty of Naruko; free-range chicken, seasonal wild vegetables with thin flat noodles. Carrots, greens,and muchrooms are familiar autumnal foods. This dish is only found in Miyagi Prefecture and is considered a true (郷土料理） local specialty of these region.
