Manotsuru of Niigata

Purchasing local jizake (locally made sake) has always been on my to-do-list of things when visiting the backcountry, namely Niigata.   This particular type of sake is a seishu 65%.    Manotsuru is considered to be one of the those "popular" sake and a highly visible label that's recognized by many.
