Kubota Suijyu

This sake is pronounced [ ku-bo-ta su-i-jew]

And can be purchased from Asahi Brewery in Niigata Prefecture, the motherlode of sake. This sake had to be chosen for this site because it's a Kubota and it's a bit rare. The flavor characterictics are clean, crisp, and lightly fruity. As you can see from the picture I was eating Bonito(katsuo) with some excellent shoyu from Shikoku. This is another sake that can never go wrong.   Thanks.
