Kamogawa, Chiba's specialty sake: Koshigoi !
Light tasting, lightly fruity, no acidic after-taste, very clean finish. This was one of the best sake I have had all year! This is a Jizake style sake( not a major brand outside of Chiba).
A local favorite and one that deserves more recognition.
