Jyokigen of Yamagata

Simply perfect.   Rice beer and night bathing.

This sake is one of the most well respected brews in Yamagata. I don't even need to explain the taste....haha...Ok. Maybe out of fairness...it was delicious. Especially while sitting out under a starry night sky in a nice onsen.   Fully textured, a bit gamey.  Nice tail.   Jyokigen is a well established brand in these parts of Japan.
