Echigo Tsurukame

This sake hails from Niigata and was made by Uehara Chuzo, one of  the only sake breweries in Japan that's licensed under the emperial household to brew sake for the royal family.




One of the finest and is well known throughout Echigo Yuzawa in Niigata. This is a Junmai-shu!  Got the hinoki cup on the side, onsen in the backdrop.   I shudder
