Kariho
I decided to post this sake because it's super popular in Japan. It's called
Kariho and it hails from Akita in Tohoku. It's a super dry Junmai with excellent texture and balance. Again, another sake you cannot go wrong when left with nothing else to choose from.
Ah yes, Kariho. Many nights in Akita City were spent drinking this fine nihonshu. My favourite Akitan sake though is Hiraizumi. Cheaper than Kariho; nice and smooth...
